Both apartment buildings would consist of at least several buildings, and the buildings would be up to five stories. Underground car storage is planned for the buildings.

The building would consist of an underground car storage and five residential buildings: from two to five floors.
"Commercial premises with a terrace in front of the facade are being designed on the first floor. It is possible to install recreational islands near the premises during the warm season. The console of the second floor will serve as a shelter from precipitation. Five volumes of five to two floors are being designed. The housings are removed from the boundaries of the plot bordering the neighboring plots", - the future apartment building presented in the project material.

The building would consist of an underground car storage and two residential buildings: from two to five floors.
"A public space is being formed in the northern part of the plot between buildings A and B on the plot. terrace in front of the facade. Commercial space inserts are planned around the entire perimeter of the projected building, which will create visitor flows and give movement and life to the quarter. Closed courtyards are formed for the residents of the multi-apartment residential building, delimited by building volumes, different levels, greenery, barriers with gates. Two volumes of five to two floors are being designed," the design material says about the future apartment building.
