In the old town it is planned to reconstruct the business center. The design proposals indicate that the facades of the building would be changed, not only the area of one building's body would increase, but also the number of underground parking spaces. It is also planned to replant the inner courtyard in front of the London Grill and Piano Piano restaurants. This yard is currently used for parking.
The Ministry of Health building would not be reconstructed. It is stated that after the reconstruction, the area of the complex would increase by 3 m2. The number of underground parking spaces would increase from the current 90 to 190.
A permit was issued for this project in May.
