Design proposals presented to the Vilnius City Municipality, which present the vision of a new block of cottages. If the municipality approves, then this block of 5 apartment houses would be built on the side of Lake Bildžių, on Meiriškių street. Apartment buildings houses are expected to be cottages. 2 surface parking spaces would be designed for each apartment.
"There are 5 multi-apartment residential buildings planned on the plot. The house is planned to have 2 floors. Two houses with 4 apartments each, 2 houses with 5 apartments and 1 house with 6 apartments are planned. A total of 24 apartments are planned for the plot. In the project, regulated distances to the borders of the plot with neighboring plots will be maintained, the houses will be designed only on the construction grid provided for in the detailed plan," the design proposals say about the layout of the future quarter.
