In the part of the Šnipiškii district, bordered by Linkmenų and Žalgiris streets, the development of a new large-scale urban project "Naujasis Skansenas" has begun. Construction company "YIT LithuaniaConstruction began in this 4 ha area apartment complex and plans to build two business centers.
Yesterday, January 22, Vilnius city municipalities the administration issued a permit to build one of the two business centers at the address Linkmenų g. 17th century
In this area, instead of the demolished buildings, a 5-story business center with commercial premises and surface and underground parking will be built. It is worth noting that a new Videniškių street will be formed along the business center, and no trees will need to be cut, because there are simply none here.
"In the commercial part of the building, the first floor will be additionally separated, where commercial trade premises and office reception are planned. A basement floor is being designed under the building. Ground floor on different levels. A part of the floor is planned to be elevated, it will be equipped with a central entrance and commercial or cafe premises," the project proposals submitted to the city municipality read.
