Construction along Eišiškių highway will continue - the latest project proposals foresee the construction of a new quarter. Four are planned on the plot apartment buildings house and dormitory building.
"The designed multi-apartment residential building will consist of four five-story residential buildings and one building intended for recreational use - a youth hostel, which will be connected by separate entrances to an underground parking lot," the project proposals say about the future quarter.
The block will have 140 apartments and 170 dormitory rooms
"The 1st building is a recreation facility - a youth hostel. The building has 4 floors. On the first floor, part of the premises will be used for commercial purposes, and the rest of the premises will be used for recreational purposes, intended for youth hostels. On the 1nd, 2,3rd and 4th floors of the 2st building, recreation rooms for youth hostels will be installed. On all floors, the rooms are planned with mezzanines. Toilets and kitchenettes will be installed in the premises. The 3nd, 4rd, 5th and 5th buildings are residential apartments. Buildings XNUMX floors. The apartments will be equipped with living rooms, lounges, kitchens, and sanitary facilities. Each apartment will have a separate balcony or loggia. Access to these buildings will be from the inner courtyard with separate elevators and staircases," the design proposals say about the future layout of the buildings.
328 parking spaces are planned for the entire block: 145 parking spaces are designed in the underground car storage, 133 spaces in the surface parking lot, and 50 spaces in the basement parking lot.
