Retail chains are fighting for customers and are trying to be as close as possible to their potential customers. Currently, the German low-cost chain "Lidl" is designing a new shopping center, which will be located right next to Maxima and Kalvarijų market on Tuskulėnai street.
A shopping center and 156 parking spaces would be built on the mentioned plot. In the first phase, 63 parking spaces will be built, and in the second, another 93 spaces. It is expected that the shopping center will occupy an area of almost 2200 square meters, of which 1421 m2 will consist of a trading hall.
The builders of the shopping center undertake to replant part of the cut trees or compensate them according to the replacement value rates.
