In October of last year, we already wrote that a new sports center is being planned on the side of Ukmergė Street in Bajorai - paddle tennis courts. The meeting took place at that time, but the latter were returned for improvement.
This time, project proposals were prepared by a new company and later presented for future discussion with the public. It is planned to install a basement (underground floor) in the Padelis sports center, where administrative rooms, changing rooms, toilets, SPA rooms, sauna and car storage are planned. 42 parking spaces are provided in the underground floor of the building, 7 more parking spaces are planned on the plot next to the building. On the first floor of the building, it is planned to install a warehouse, a padel hall and a balcony. Seven padel courts will be installed in the padel hall. It is estimated that 30 people will be able to play at the same time in the sports building. Up to 5 coaches and 2 administrative staff will also work. 4 outdoor padel courts are also being designed at the complex.
