This week Vilnius city municipalities the administration issued a permit to build a business center Kaunas street, in New City.
According to the proposals presented to the architects, it is planned that an administrative building will be constructed at Kauno St. 22. The design proposals were presented by their developer – Toma Kartočienė, project manager of UAB “Projektų rengimo centras”. Reviewed by Saulius Pamerneckis.
"Most experts basically approved the design proposals submitted for the administrative building at Kauno St. 22, Vilnius, but a broader feasibility study for the development of the entire block and the installation of public spaces was missing. It was concluded that the administrative building is properly integrated into the street layout. It was noted that the object lacks an articulated connection with the adjacent green area," the architects' union's discussion reads.
The building is planned to be built in a currently undeveloped area.
