Permission has been received to build another "Jammi" in Vilnius

The Vilnius city administration has issued a permit for the new "Jammi" eatery Ukmergė st. It is planned to build a two-story building, with Jammi on the first floor, and administrative premises on the second floor.

The design proposals indicate that the eatery will be able to accommodate almost 60 people at a time. 22 workplaces are expected in the administrative buildings of the second floor.

• The address of the planned object is Ukmergės st. 253, Fabijoniškės;
• The area of ​​the plot is 1 square meters²;
• The planted area of ​​the plot is 236,52 m² (13,14% of the plot area);
• The total area of ​​the building is 661,67 m²;
• Building height - 2 floors (up to 12.00m high);
• Energy efficiency class of the building - up to A++;
• The number of parking spaces - 21 units. (surface parking);
• Bicycle parking spaces - 6 units;
• Project developer – private individuals;
• Design proposals were prepared by UAB "FlexiForma", project manager - Regina Savičienė.
