The intersection of Ukmergė Street with the Western Bypass is a clearly and conveniently understood and accessible part of the city, both for those coming from the city and those seeking to bypass the central part of the city. The project is prepared on the principle of "stock office", where trade, office and storage premises can be installed in one place, but with a greater emphasis on commercial purpose, again valuing the exclusivity of the place", says Paulius Lavrukaitis, partner of Bolds Property Partners.
The business park project was prepared by a joint team of architects from 2L Architects and DO Architects architectural studios. They had to coordinate the aesthetic and functional solutions of the set of buildings and adapt them to the complex engineering systems of the territory.
The developers of the project have already signed a contract with the construction company Binkauskas ir Stašinskas UAB, which will start work on the construction site in the near future.
"We have an extremely short construction deadline, which is a challenge during this pandemic period, when supply chains are stuck and some materials sometimes have to wait longer than planned. However, we hope that there will be no major surprises, that we will finish the work on time and that this will be the first business park in this new commercial area that will open its doors to visitors", says Liutauras Šiekštelė, director of "Binkauskas ir Stašinskas".
The first lease agreement was also signed - 1400 sq.m. m in the part of the business park, the construction equipment rental company "Ramirent" will be located, which will move its main Lithuanian branch here.
"We were looking for premises that were modern, spacious, easily accessible by various means of transport, to avoid city congestion. The new shopping complex is ideal for us", says Eligijus Baikauskas, leasing director of Ramirent Baltic AS Vilnius branch.
Bolds Property Partners is also in talks with other companies interested in locating in the new business park on the outskirts of the city, where a whole new shopping district is currently being designed.
