UAB "Emro Invest" has started construction and sales of a new block of cottages "Kotedžai kalnėnaioi".
Savičiūnu str. Plots 35A-35H, 37A are planned for the construction of 24 semi-detached houses, where 109 two-story cottages will be offered to the market. The project will be implemented in four stages.
Buyers can choose from 4 options: 85, 90, 95 or 98 square meter housing. The cottages are designed with 3 bedrooms. (from 8,32 to 14,21 sq.m. each) and 32,57 or 39,19 sq.m living rooms connected to the kitchen.
