"Capital Mill" is planning a giant of almost 30 square meters near Pilaitės Avenue and the western Vilnius bypass viaduct, on the southwest side of the viaduct. The administrative building will have 9 floors with a 1-floor underground parking lot that can accommodate 271 cars. An underground car park with 1 parking spaces is designed next to the building, on level 394a.
Greenery and recreation areas planned on the roof
"The "L"-shaped building is being designed, consisting of a spatial composition of three cubes, connected by a two-story lower part of the stylobate. Two main high-rise cubes: building A and building B, are arranged according to two existing streets. Building A is closer to Pilaitės pr., building B is closer to the western bypass. These 9a. administrative buildings are connected in the middle by a smaller office volume to 6a. The volumes are arranged above the lower stylobate platform of building 2a., on which a green terrace with paths and benches for the building's employees is planned to be operated. This courtyard is accessible to all visitors from the central hall by stairs and from the 3a. elevator hall, intended for all office employees," it is written about the project of the new business center.
A terrace is planned above the hall on the third floor, which will be accessed from the hall. The building's reception is designed in the main hall, restaurant and leisure areas, a café. Offices for rent are planned in building A, and a conference center and offices for rent will be formed on the first floor of building B. On the second floor, an open balcony has been designed around the hall space, from which it will be possible to access the surrounding offices. The hall even provides the opportunity to organize open events. It is planned that as many as 2000 people will be able to work in this business center at the same time.
