German software developer "birkle IT" is expanding in Vilnius

"birkle IT", an international IT consulting and software development company, announced that in the coming years it will expand its branches in the cities of Lithuania - Vilnius and Beautiful. The company has extensive experience in the insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics sectors and helps provide innovative solutions to industry leaders in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Nordic and Baltic markets. In Vilnius, "birkle IT" will be looking for a wide range of talents, including programmers, infrastructure engineers, project managers and other specialists.

The Munich-based company specializes in consulting and customized enterprise software solutions. Together with bespoke, AI-powered software solutions and partnerships with Odoo, ServiceNow, IBM, d.velop and Softwareallianz Deutschland, birkle IT helps organizations of all sizes and industries, such as Allianz (insurance), Tesla (automotive), Charité (healthcare) and various AI incubator projects to achieve their strategic goals and realize the full digital potential. The company's clients are mainly medium-sized companies in the DACH countries, Nordic and Baltic countries.

in 2016 Birkle IT, a company founded in the Swabia region of Germany, has chosen the path of "bestshoring" (moving activities to the most suitable location) - a higher level than the traditional outsourcing model. By offering a tailor-made team of local experts and competent development teams in Estonia, in Latvia and Lithuania, the company aims to offer its customers solutions that would help them digitize, expand services and implement innovations in business.

Since 2017 having a branch in Estonia, "birkle IT" entered Lithuania in 2021. According to the company, Lithuania was chosen because of highly qualified specialists, similar work ethic, level of German language proficiency and other reasons. in 2022 October month. A new office was opened at the University of Greifswald and Hanseatic City in Germany, a city near the Baltic Sea, which became the new technology center for birkle IT. As the general director of "birkle IT" in Lithuania and Latvia, he aims to establish cooperative relations with Lithuanian universities and strengthen business relations between the Baltic countries and Germany.

"birkle IT" has already signed a cooperation agreement with Kaunas University of Technology (KTU). After reviewing joint research and funding projects with the university, "birkle IT" confirmed that by 2024 will finance scholarships for two female students enrolled in computer science studies.

In the coming years, "birkle IT" plans to expand its activities in Lithuania and gather a strong team of highly qualified IT specialists and other experts.
