Talent Garden, one of the largest co-working networks in Europe, has entered Vilnius. This Thursday, December 12, in the old town with the opening of the co-working space "Talent Garden Vilnius", the capital of Lithuania became the 20th city of this network in Europe.
"Talent Garden Vilnius" is located on more than 2 sq. m space in Vilniaus Street (000 Vilniaus St.). The space in the building owned by it was established by the real estate investment company "INVL Baltic Real Estate", which signed a franchise agreement to represent this chain in June of this year.
In total, the space has more than 230 workplaces, more than half of which are in private offices, and a modern conference hall with 150 seats is also equipped.

Davide Dattolipa, co-founder and head of the Talent Garden network, emphasizes that Lithuania is an important country for their cooperation network. "After starting operations in Italy, four years ago we established the first co-working space outside of this country. It is symbolic that she was Beautiful. Today, we are happy to be able to achieve our goal - to create value by connecting people - and in Vilnius, where many new ideas are born", says D. Dattoli.
He also evaluated the location of the new "Talent Garden Vilnius" space. "We are happy with the excellent location and environment of this space and we believe that we will continue to successfully cooperate with the partners of this project by creating active activities in the new space," said D. Dattoli.
That the new co-working space in the capital of Lithuania is necessary is also shown by the fact that before the opening of "Talent Garden Vilnius" contracts were signed for renting more than half of the workplaces in private offices. "We believe that this co-working space will become an important place for meetings and the creation of new ideas. We are ready to continue actively contributing so that there are excellent conditions for working, studying and communicating here", said Vytautas Bakšinskas, real estate fund manager of INVL Asset Management, the managing company of INVL Baltic Real Estate.

"Talent Garden Vilnius" will seek to connect not only the opportunities to work and study, but also the people who meet here. Lithuanian business angels association "LitBAN" is located here, together with its partners, plans various events for startups and investors.
"Talent Garden Vilnius" was located in the former building of the Ministry of Communications, designed by the recognized national architect Justin Šeibok, and its premises were adapted to the new space by architect Ieva Folk. The opening of "Talent Garden Vilnius" completed the renovation and other works of the building that took place over the last two years, in which INVL Baltic Real Estate invested a total of about 2 million. euros.
Founded in Italy in 2011, the "Talent Garden" network operates in 20 European cities in 8 countries, over 25 creative and digital industry professionals work in its more than 4 locations.
