The upcoming "Zero Live Show" by director Emilio Vëlyvis reveals more and more new colors. This time, architect and founder of the legendary rock band "Antis" Algirdas Kaušpėdas shined in an unexpected role. In a short video, together with a group of men dressed in 1990s street fashion, A. Kaušpėdas performs a song for women and invites them to the show.
"It was a strange era when former hooligans of the Soviet era became entrepreneurs of Independent Lithuania. Colorful tracksuits and strange burgundy or green costumes were the highlights of the clothing of that era - that's exactly what we highlighted when creating a video insert for one part of the show about winning independence, and we chose A. Kaušpėdas as the face and performer of this episode. "Zero Live Show" will have five such topics, all of them will reveal the events of the country, which are still extremely relevant to every Lithuanian, from unexpected angles", said the director E. Vëlyvis.
According to him, at that time, men, or rather "bachuris", dominated the public life of Lithuania, so the idea arose to recruit all this beautiful 90's scum by inviting women to the "Zero Live Show".
Algirdas Kaušpėdas was succinct: "The show will be distinguished by the fact that all the worst performers will participate in it - starting with SEL and ending with me."
It is not the first time that Vėlyvis and A. Kaušpėdas have rubbed shoulders on the creative stage - a couple of years ago, E. Vėlyvis directed the 30th anniversary concerts of "Anties".
October 11 "Zero Live Show" will start in Vilnius "Siemens Arena" on October 19. – Klaipėda In the "Lighthouse Arena", October 26. – in Panevėžys "Cido Arena" and on October 31. Beautiful "Zalgiris Arena". Ticket partner of the event is "Tiketa".
Emilis Vėlyvis made four full-length films in Lithuania: "Zero", "Zero II", "Zero 3" and "Redirected / For Lithuania!". All these films in Lithuania received enormous attention from the audience.
