July 6 at 21.00:XNUMX p.m. local time, Lithuanians all over the world - wherever they are - will once again sing the "National Anthem". We are the only nation in the world that unites for a few moments with a live chain of voices in honor of its country.
Celebrating Lithuania's statehood day, let's remember and celebrate our personal moments of triumph. Maybe it's covering kilometers on a bike, a rediscovered hobby or a successful business deal. It doesn't matter - small or big - each of our successes is part of the common story of Lithuania's victory and turns into a powerful singing of the anthem.
On the occasion of State Day, July 6. (Thursday), the "National Anthem" will be able to be sung in the following places in Vilnius city and district:
On the Cathedral Square. The anthem performed from Vilnius will be special not only in its festivity, but also in the fact that it will be sung together Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre and at the invitation of the National Museum of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, the ensemble of the Ukrainian National Opera from Kyiv visited Lithuania. To perform the "National Anthem", the Ukrainians prepared specially for this occasion.
Rokantiškii mound. July 6 21 p.m. In the Rokantiškii mound in New Vilnius we invite you to the National Anthem singing initiative "National Anthem Around the World".
Trakai Envelope. "National anthem" in the Trakai Vokė manor homestead.
Meadow near Šeškiuk lake. There will be a bonfire, we will be entertained by musicians with accordion and drums - we will sing, dance, eat, chat, and at 21 p.m. we will solemnly sing the Lithuanian national anthem.
In the castle of Medinkai (Sv. Kazimiero str. 2, Medininkai, Vilnius district) will take place event, dedicated to celebrating the coronation of Lithuanian king Mindaugas - the day of the State and National Anthem. The event at 20.00:XNUMX p.m. the festive program of art groups will begin;
At the Nemenčinė mound 20.30:XNUMX p.m. will happen concert, during which the group "Ūkanose", the vocal group "Gija", Airida Mockutė, Katažyna Paršuto and Agnė Čupulytė will take the stage;
Geographical Center of Europe (Golfo st. 6, Girijos k., 15130 Vilnius district) invites you to sing the anthem together with the "Ave Verum" choir;
Also NDKC Karvio and Dūkšti departments 21 p.m. invites you to sing the hymn together.
