The promotion of a healthy lifestyle is now in its eighth year event The city of Vilnius invites everyone this Saturday, August 27, to the VU Botanic Garden in Kairenai, where various activities of "Zvalumo dienos" will take place.
Several dozen of the capital's healthy lifestyle organizations and individual enthusiasts will encourage you to move and relax, gain useful knowledge, taste healthy food and buy healthy products. Vilnius residents and city guests will be invited to spend the whole day in the inspiring, well-groomed environment of the VU Botanic Garden in Kairenai, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and pollution. The event, which has become a beautiful tradition of the capital, to which the healthy lifestyle community of Vilnius contributes with voluntary efforts, will surprise you with the variety of activities. They will spread into the green spaces of the garden, spread through the sauna steam and float on the water.
"This festival is a beautiful example of cooperation between its initiators - the public organization "Friends of the Lithuanian Bath" (LPBD) - and the administration of the Botanic Garden in Kairenai. It is very nice that the vitality of the event is supported by the organizers of various wellness activities in Vilnius. Some have been participating here for the eighth year, the festival also welcomes a bunch of newcomers every year. This year, as before, we will have guests from other regions of Lithuania. Participants come from Trakai, Kaunas, even the seaside region", says the coordinator of the event - LPBD member Ramunė Žukauskienė.
The territory of the Botanical Garden will be divided into areas, and activities will take place throughout the day, so everyone can participate in even several activities.
On the day of the event, there will be exercises, lectures, a sauna area will be open, and it will be possible to purchase healthy products, food supplements, teas, natural cosmetics and other environmentally friendly products.
Those wishing to enter the event will have to purchase tickets for visiting the botanical garden (a ticket for an adult - 5 euros, for schoolchildren, students, pensioners - 3 euros, for children under 7 years old - free of charge. Most of the activities taking place at the event will be free of charge, only personal procedures and consultations will cost.
