Around 22 p.m. the party that starts will last until dawn. Farewell to the old Year of the Pig will be started by a guest from Germany - dub music representative DJ Hookaman. The group performed at the unique venue last year as well - then a guest from Belgium, DJ Cirkos Ludo, was also staying here, who liked Lithuania so much that he decided to move to Vilnius, found a girlfriend here and even started studying Lithuanian at the university. "The Balkans change everything!" This is a global project", the group members cheerfully assure.
The name "Baltic Balkan" itself is becoming more and more global every year - Lithuanians increasingly receive offers to perform abroad, play at various music festivals, and visit Balkan music events. Therefore, at the end of the year, it's fun to count the chickens: concerts in several cities in France and Sweden, a performance at the cult music and arts festival Boomtown Fair, and the closing of the CinEast film festival in Luxembourg. "We collected a considerable harvest this year. Even new ones pieces we have!" - they assure themselves.
Therefore, all that remains now is to rejoice and close the new year cheerfully for everyone. As it should be - dressed up in hats, mustaches, colorful skirts or even gold teeth. The most important thing is a good mood and preparation to move from the heart. Because Novajabalkanakti will be special as always! We will meet on New Year's Eve at the Halle market together with "Baltic Balkan".
