On May 17, on the occasion of Street Music Day, Vilnius residents are invited to celebrate not only by listening to music, but also by marching to its rhythm. The music group "Mood Selleriai" continues the tradition and invites you to join a procession through the streets of the capital, breathing the spirit of New Orleans.
The procession starts at 18:00 PM at the Gate of Dawn. The route will extend to Downtown Forest Hostel & Camping, where the final group meeting will be held. concertEveryone is invited to participate – family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, even passersby.
Mood Selleriai promises an authentic New Orleans experience – live music with brass, drums and a non-stop festive beat. Born at the crossroads of cultures, this music is designed to commemorate life's most important events and invite people to celebrate in the streets.
"This is the closest genre and method to street music: playing, walking, celebrating with people, like in a modern second line procession," say the organizers.
