Gallery "Meno niša" together with the artist Marius Jonučius has a long tradition. For sixteen years, every spring, the artist presents his latest works in this gallery. April 10 18 p.m. the artist invites you to the exhibition, which will consist of two parts.

According to the artist, the first part is the images and stories that came to mind and landed on the canvas during the years after last year's exhibition "Openwork", without a specific unifying theme or style.

"In this part of the exhibition, there will be what I just took without restricting myself. The second part is the wooden fairy tale illustrations made for the book "The Queen on the Glass Mountain. "Twelve of the most beautiful Lithuanian fairy tales and one more" published by the Institute of Lithuanian Literature and Folklore, says M. Jonutis.

The artist says that work is always a celebration for him, he saves, protects, hides and shelters in his better world, at least a part of which may be visible to the people who come to see it.

The exhibition of M. Jonutis in the "Meno niša" gallery will be open until May 11. Visiting the exhibition is free. "Meno niša" gallery is open from Monday to Friday, 12:18 p.m. to 12:16 p.m. VI XNUMX-XNUMX p.m.
