A special meeting with the muses took place at the Lithuanian National Drama Theater (LNDT) on Wednesday evening. The opening of the new roof terrace "Rooftop Bar 3 Mūzos", located at Gediminas Prospekt 4, was attended by a group of famous people - actors and theater representatives, opinion makers and other famous faces. During the event, the "Three Muses", considered a symbol of theater, came to life and invited the guests to admire the breathtaking view of the tower of Gediminas Castle, the Vilnius Archcathedral and the Old Town. panorama. All Vilnius residents and guests of the city will be able to enjoy it.
The invited guests were among the first to enjoy the spectacular views of the capital from the newest roof terrace in Vilnius - singer Vaidas Baumila, designer Agnė Kuzmickaitė, vocalist of the group "Sisters on Wire" Ieva Ščerbinskaitė, dessert creator, entrepreneur Liucina Rimgailė, pianist Ieva Dūdaitė-Radžiūnė, opinion maker Gabrielė Gzimailaitė, also - famous jeweler Tauras Blaževičius, certified wine connoisseur Jolanta Smičienė, founder of "Champagne Academy" Jūratė Sprindžiūnaitė, creator and host of TV shows Violeta Baublienė, creative artist Gitana Bukauskienė and others. Actresses Paulina Taujanskaitė, Augustė Pociūtė and Sofija Gedgaudaitė, who turned into muses for one evening, welcomed famous people and invited them to taste the theater. Designer Gintaras Rėpšas helped them embody the characters.
"After the official end of the theater season, LNDT does not close its doors to visitors. The "Three Muses", which decorate the main entrance and symbolize different theater genres - drama, comedy and tragedy - rise on the roof of the building for the whole summer and invite visitors to dates against the backdrop of breathtaking views of the old town", says Justina Radzevičiutė, manager of the Rooftop Bar 3 Mūzos terrace. .
According to her, many new spaces were restored after the reconstruction of LNDT. One of them is this one, located on the roof of the building.
"Rooftop Bar 3 Mūzos" terrace is like a theater treasure, discovered and donated to the city of Vilnius. We wanted the impressive architecture of the capital to be enjoyed not only by the theater community, but also by city residents and guests. By opening the doors of this terrace, we also aim to make the theater more than a place where people come to see performances. We invite like-minded people to gather here for open and honest conversations. We have no doubt that looking at the tower of Gediminas Castle, the Vilnius Archcathedral and the rooftops of the capital's old town, every guest will be visited by creative muses", shares J. Radzevičiutė.
She adds that creating a sense of togetherness is also done through food: “On the rooftop terrace, guests will be able to enjoy Middle Eastern-inspired dishes for sharing. These are the "meze" of our muses - expressive, fragrant, colorful snacks, designed to be elegantly enjoyed together with like-minded people."
150 square meters m. the terrace is located on the fifth floor of the Lithuanian National Drama Theater, located at Gediminas Prospekt 4 in Vilnius. It can be accessed through the gastrobar-café "Nacionalinė". Citizens and visitors to the capital are invited to visit the impressive terrace on all days of the week from 12:24 p.m. up to XNUMX hours
Acoustic evenings, concerts and others are planned to be held on the terrace events. Visitors can also reserve it for personal or company celebrations, private events, tastings.
