The professional comedy theater "Domino" traditionally announces the opening of the summer season at the beginning of June. The theater team always tries to celebrate that occasion in a special and different way every time. This time, the theater team started the summer in a very fun and exciting way - they participated in the original Olympic Games.
For half a day, smiling non-stop and cheering on their team members, the members of the "Domino" team tried to overcome all the tasks prepared by the representatives of the "Events Forge". We had to compete not only in the traditional tug-of-war and goal-kicking tournaments, but also to complete extremely original tasks that required effective strategy and logical thinking. The most active members and creators of the "Domino" theater team accepted the challenge to spend an excellent and energetic afternoon: Eimutis Kvoščiauskas, Juozas Gaižauskas, Julius Žalakevičius, Edita Užaitė, Redita Dominaitytė, Larisa Kalpokaitė, Valda Bičkutė, Gabija Jaraminaitė, Sakalas Uždavinys, Deividas Norvilas-Deivis, Emilija Latenaitė, Algis Ramanauskas and others.
"It's good to be a part of the Domino Theater and to have the opportunity to participate in such fun celebrations. It was interesting to observe colleagues whose persistence and cooperation led to a common goal. It united us, strengthened us. I say a sincere thank you and I send a thousand karma points to those who organized this celebration", actor Eimutis Kvoščiauskas did not hide his emotions after the event.
"Although I do sports regularly, after this Olympics my muscles hurt the next day," laughs actress Edita Užaitė. - And how much I learned about myself! I never thought I was that adventurous. Although our team was physically strong, several events were won by those participants who listened to each other and worked together. This confirmed one good old rule - the fist is much stronger than all five fingers separately."
Actor Julius Žalakevičius also rated the friendly Olympic competition in the ten-point system as a top ten: "Teamwork, unity, excitement, combativeness and good mood - this made the celebration memorable. We all fought until the end and never gave up for a second. We ran around like little children, we listened responsibly to the judges of the tournament, we worked as a united team. Once again, I was convinced how cool our team is! Just participating in such a competition was a huge celebration, and to win the first place - I am extremely happy!".
The actor Daividas Norvilas-Davis, who did not take the prize place, is not disappointed at all: "The competition was very interesting. And the most fun was meeting everyone and spending time together. Such free time is a hundred times better for me than just sitting down at a common table and drinking."

Since the creative team goes on tour throughout the year, it is rare for everyone to get together. The "Domino" theater does not rest even in the summer, waiting for its fans in the most popular performances in Vilnius, Beautiful, Šiauliai, Druskininkai and the new concert hall in Palanga. The theater started the summer season with a new slogan - "Sweet Domino theater summer", promising many surprises and good emotions to its viewers and visitors of social accounts.
