A new place where Vilnius residents can spend their summer evenings has already opened. Quietly, because it's quiet, but for a few days now it will be possible to enter the summer terrace of the Missionary Courtyard. By the way, this is the only terrace in Vilnius that has... sand.
Although it is only the first days of the terrace, and the organizers have not yet had time to fully implement their vision, you can already come here to eat, listen to live music with a view of the Vilnius Old Town. The sand attracts special attention, on which tables and chairs have also been placed. This allows you to feel the taste of summer even more.
You can visit the Missionary Courtyard from Friday to Thursday, from 16 p.m. Meanwhile, on weekends, the terrace is open from 11.30:XNUMX a.m. until midnight.
This courtyard will be developed by the owners of Bernardinų kiemas, who are well-known to Vilnius residents. It will be the younger brother of Bernardinų kiemas. Meanwhile, Bernardinų kiemas has been attracting the interest of Vilnius residents and city guests for several summers.
"Once upon a time, a seminary, a hospital, a shelter, and a printing house were bustling here. In Soviet times, it was a barracks, a prison, and later a city hospital. Now, it is one of the most impressive historical complexes in Vilnius, waiting for a new life - the Missionary Courtyard," the founders write.
The Missionary Courtyard was located at Subačiaus St. 28 in the territory of the Vilnius Missionary Church ensemble.
