As restaurants in major cities increasingly face challenges, in Vilnius district Three of the most popular fast but quality food restaurants open their doors at the same time restaurants In Lithuania – “Experss pizza” and “Crisperia” and “Sushi sushi”. This week, the restaurants will welcome customers in their newest spaces in the “Urban HUB” Vilnius project, in Avižieniai. The restaurants will be located in spaces of almost 200 sq. m.
"While creating and searching for businesses for the Urban HUB Vilnius project, we constantly hear from residents and the community the need to establish new cafes and restaurants in this part of the city. There is a lack of spaces in the surrounding area where families and friends could spend time in their own environment, without having to travel to the city center. Therefore, we hope that the restaurants that will open their doors at the same time will be appreciated by both the community and those who work here," says Kristina Tamošaitienė, the project manager for the Urban HUB rental project being developed by SBA Urban.
"Express pizza" and "Crisperia" restaurants at Ožiarūčių g. 3 opened their doors on May 7, in a total space of 140 sq. m., and "Sushi sushi" will welcome customers from May 9, in a space of 55 sq. m.
"When looking for a place for our new restaurants, we evaluate demographic and social data, all in order to meet the needs of those who live and work here. We also evaluate the competitive environment - we analyze how many such and similar businesses are located in the surrounding area. In one of the fastest growing districts of Vilnius, Avižienii, there are only a few such spaces, so we believe that the community will discover and love the new restaurant," says Jolita Šalčiūnienė, director of the Vilnius region's Express Pizza and Crisperia restaurants.
She also adds that Urban HUB Vilnius chose the space after a long search. Some of the main criteria were the functionality, aesthetics, and flexibility of the premises, so that not only customers but also employees would feel comfortable in the new restaurants, and there would be opportunities for growth in the future.
"For restaurant development, we always choose locations that are close to our potential and regular customers. We conduct market research that helps us better understand where restaurant "has the most opportunities to integrate into the community and become a part of it. So, after evaluating Urban HUB Vilnius, we had no doubt about the prospects of the place," adds Tomas Kibiška, director of Sushi sushi restaurants.
According to him, when looking for new spaces for restaurants, layout and neighborhood are very important. The most important thing is that when a customer comes for a bite to eat, they find not only food spaces, but also more objects that meet their needs - shops, specialized services, sports and leisure spaces. The Sushi Sushi team discovered all this in the SBA project in Avižieniai.
The sixth Sushi sushi restaurant will also offer customers the Sushi pick & mix concept in its newest spaces, which allows people to try 1 slice of different flavors of rolls. Meanwhile, Express Pizza will open its 25th restaurant in Vilnius, and Crisperia will open its 8th restaurant, offering fast but high-quality food.
