Dubai chocolate is a true delicacy, distinguished by its exceptional crunch, rich flavor, and luxurious texture. This delicacy is often associated with exquisite dessert traditions and the most delicious ingredients.

With just a few basic ingredients, this dessert can be a great gift or sweet treat for any occasion.

Why is this recipe worth trying?

Dubai Chocolate is not just an ordinary chocolate dessert - it has a special texture, provided by crunchy additives, and a balanced sweetness. Moreover, making this recipe does not require much effort or professional skills.

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 50 g of butter
  • 100 g crispy biscuits or cornflakes
  • 50 g nuts (almonds, hazelnuts or pistachios)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or condensed milk
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, but adds a special flavor)

Cooking process

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave (stir every 20 seconds to prevent burning).
  2. Stir honey or condensed milk into the chocolate mixture to give it a smooth, rich texture.
  3. Crush the crunchy cookies or cornflakes and mix them into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  5. Pour the prepared mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper and smooth the surface.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt for a special flavor contrast.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut the hardened chocolate into pieces and enjoy!

Useful tips

Experiment with accessories – you can add dried fruit, coconut flakes, or even toasted sesame seeds.

If you want a milder taste, you can replace some of the dark chocolate with milk chocolate.

To get the perfect crispiness, choose quality cookies or flakes – they will give the dessert a special structure.

Dubai chocolate is not only a delicious but also an aesthetically appealing dessert that can be a great gift for loved ones or a luxurious sweet treat for your holiday table.
