On August 18, the 11th Gargžda Festival will start in the Gargždai Minija Valley.
The program includes traditional show jumping competitions to win the Gargždai City Cup. The highlight of the festival is the Lithuanian zeppelin cooking championship organized by the public organization "Bendrai Visi" for the first time. Everyone is invited to participate and try their hand at the championship. Currently, 12 teams from various communities in Lithuania and Klaipėda district have registered. After the teams present their best zeppelin for the jury's evaluation, they will be served to the guests and participants of the festival.
During the festival, there will be a number of activities for children and adults: Jonas Kavaliauskas with Lithuanian folk games, Valdos amusement trampolines, Külverstukai country activities for children, educational programs of the Klaipėda district craft center, performance of Gargžde line dance dancers.
It will be held from 19:XNUMX concert, in which "16 Hz" and local collectives - "Razbaininkų šaika" and "Kofeinas" will participate.
