Joint-stock company Lietuvos paštas continues the modernization of post offices. Today, a modern customer service center opened its doors in renovated premises in the Pilaitė microdistrict of the capital - Vilnius 3rd post office, equipped according to the new Lithuanian Post concept.
"Studies of customer opinions and expectations show that they want to receive high-quality services that meet today's needs, to be served comfortably and helpfully. We are making efforts and we want the customer service centers of Lithuanian Post to meet the trends of modern postal activities, and for the residents of Pilaitė to use postal services more conveniently and pleasantly. At the same time, we are grateful to the residents for their understanding and patience while the post office was being renovated," said Deimantė Bareikienė, Acting Director of the Lithuanian Post Network.

The new customer service department of Lithuanian Post has installed a customer flow management system and modern parcel storage and delivery equipment, which will help ensure prompt customer service. There is also a self-service area at the post office, where customers can choose and purchase a variety of packaging materials and other goods from the updated range. The new premises are equipped with more comfortable workplaces for employees.
"From now on, it will be more convenient for the dispatchers of Vilnius 3rd Postal Service to do their work: new workplaces have been installed, where it is easier to process postal parcels, employees who serve customers at the counter will work in a more open environment so that they can help customers in the hall faster," he said. In the modernized Vilnius 3rd post office, residents will be able to use both postal and financial services: send and collect postal items, subscribe to press publications, pay taxes, send and collect money orders, get credit and more.
Lithuanian Post has modernized five capital post offices according to the new concept, modern customer service centers of Lithuanian Post have also been installed in Akademia (Kaunas district), Šeduva (Radviliškis district), Linkuva (Pakruojo district).
