Three German foundations appealed to President Gitanas Nausėdas on Friday, expressing concern about anti-Semitism in Lithuania.
The appeal was signed by the European Movement, the offices of the Konrad Adenauer and Friedrich Nauman Foundations for the Baltic States.
According to their report, representatives of German foundations approached G. Nausėdas expressing serious concern about the current situation and expressing support for the president's position regarding the intolerance of anti-Semitism in Lithuania.
