In Vilnius, on Ukmergė street, a Mercedes Benz truck and a VW Tiguan passenger car collided on Thursday, both drivers were taken to the hospital, one of them unconscious.
The accident happened around 11.30:1964. The driver of the truck, born in XNUMX, told the authorities that he stopped in the first lane to turn right and soon felt a strong blow to the rear of his car. The truck was hit by a VW Tiguan.
The Mercedes Benz driver suffered a head injury. According to initial data, he was not seriously injured, but he was taken to the hospital for examination.
The VW driver, born in 1985, was hit much harder. The man who was unconscious and trapped in the wrecked car was pulled out by firefighters. An ambulance took him to the hospital.
