A pre-trial investigation into theft (Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania) is being conducted at the Vilnius City Third Police Commissariat of the Vilnius District Chief Police Commissariat. On April 4 of this year, at about 17:50 p.m., property belonging to another person was stolen in Vilnius, Gedimino Ave.
During the investigation, a video was obtained that captured a person allegedly stealing someone else's property.
