But even people who never met Mrs. Alma, they still loved her very much, because they saw from a distance how wonderful and extraordinary a person she is," said the president.
G. Nausėda emphasized that he most wanted to wish strength to a very beloved person in Lithuania - President V. Adamkas.
"It's definitely going to be difficult for him and now it's very important that we support him so that he can see that he is not alone in this pain. And Lithuania will definitely be grateful to Mrs. Alma for many things. First of all, for bringing so much light, goodness, compassion, human culture and contributing to Lithuania becoming a civilized western state. Her contribution to all this was just as immense. So condolences to all of us, to all of Lithuania," the president noted.
