On Tuesday, Diana Nausėdiene and Brigitte Macron visited the MO Museum.
The guests were welcomed by the founders of the museum, Danguolė and Viktoras Butkai, MO Museum director Milda Ivanauskienė and the MO museum team.
The first ladies of Lithuania and France visited the exhibition "Why is it so hard to love?"
According to the curators of the exhibition, it is worrying today that our children's generation has to face complex questions and an uncontrollable flow of information. Every day brings new problems - refugee crises, ecological cataclysms, political tensions.
Artists S. Boddeke and P. Greenaway, whose curated exhibition was viewed by the first ladies of both countries, raise questions about indifference to the migrant crisis, lack of humanity, fundamental choices between good and evil.
After viewing the exhibition, B. Macron told reporters that she was very happy to get to know Lithuania. D. Nausėdienė said: "I am very happy to meet you and I hope that our relations will grow stronger and be meaningful and meaningful", said D. Nausėdienė.
