The foresters of Verkių Forestry are carrying out planned forest management works this year. After the professionally performed work, a large amount of branches and spruce tops remained in the cutting area. The directorate of the Pavilniai and Verkii regional park, taking advantage of this opportunity, made sure that the houses of Vilnius residents were decorated with trees that still smelled of saka. After going to the logging site, the specialists of the Directorate collected the most beautiful branches that were left behind, which are waste from the point of view of forest management, and presented them to the Pavilnis community house so that the residents could decorate their houses with them.
