Technopolis, the largest international office city in Lithuania, was officially opened and presented to the public in Vilnius, where two new DELTA office buildings were presented. There are a total of six buildings in this office city, where around 5 employees will work. Currently, it is the largest nucleus of international companies in Lithuania - SEB bankas, "Western Union Processing Lithuania", "CSC Baltic", the Lithuanian branch of "Barclays Group Operations Limited" and other foreign investors are developing their activities in the office city.

Two new DELTA buildings are opening almost completely filled - 85 percent. premises are leased, other buildings managed in this office city are 100% filled.

Formed the largest community of international companies in Lithuania

"I am glad that Vilnius is growing so strongly and today we have the largest community of international companies in Lithuania. It is clear that the offer for investors in our city is already competitive with the capitals of major world powers. I hope that this will help Lithuania to attract even more large foreign investors, and at the same time our talents will return to Lithuania", said the mayor of Vilnius at the official presentation of the new "Technopolis" project Remigius Šimašius.

Technopolis, the largest office city in Lithuania, located next to Siemens Arena, currently has 6 office buildings - Alfa, Beta, Gama and Delta (Beta and Delta - two buildings each) ). The total leasable area of ​​the buildings is about 64.000 square meters. m.

"Delta" - 100 jobs for small companies

The new Delta project consists of two nine-story administrative buildings with a total leasable area of ​​21.600 square meters. m.

Western Union Processing Lietuva will be located in one of the two Delta buildings (area - 10.000 square meters). In the second building (area - 11.600 sq.m.), small and medium-sized companies will operate as well.

 
In one of the buildings, "Delta", a floor dedicated to ultra-small companies has been introduced. Companies employing 1-5 people, totaling about 100 jobs, will settle and develop their activities in the specially formed co-working space "UMA". It is planned that a venture capital fund or a business accelerator investing in startups that will be located here could also settle in this space.

Delta has been awarded the prestigious LEED GOLD standard

"Until now, Technopolis in Lithuania has managed purchased built objects with already existing infrastructure. The "Delta" project is the company's first project in Lithuania, which we are building independently. These will be the first buildings in Lithuania where the quality standards that are applied in the offices managed by our group in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and other countries will be fully implemented," said Lina Paukštė, head of Technopolis in Lithuania.

"Technopolis" office building DELTA, like other buildings of this office campus, is built based on the LEED GOLD system - this JAV a system developed by the Green Building Council to assess the environmental characteristics of a building and encourage the development of sustainable design.
