The Directorate of Pavilniai and Verkiau Regional Park informs that throughout the month of April, stands with garbage bags will be available in the parks. The directorate invites residents of Vilnius to take these bags and help manage the park.
"Dear lovers of nature, as you know, April is the month of cleaning in nature. This year, we cannot invite you to participate in mass cleaning actions, but we want to offer you an alternative - to combine cleaning with relaxation in nature. During the whole month of April, in the regional parks of Pavilniai and Verkiai, you will find such stands with garbage bags, take one bag and while relaxing in nature, let nature rest from garbage," the directorate's statement reads.
