The municipality will try to show that it is open to residents and always invites guests to visit. The first floor is designed with that idea in mind - to make Vilnius friendly and open.
During the opening event, Caffeine cafe baristas will serve special coffee inspired by the flavors of the city, music will be played, LOCALS.lt will offer residents to buy souvenirs.
