Wolffoot, the area between Savanorių houses 52 and 54 and Gerosios Vilties street is planned to be improved and adapted to the needs of the residents. Pedestrian paths, recreational and sports areas, and arranged parking spaces will be installed.

After evaluating the residents' comments and the experts' approval of the project proposals, a technical project of the public space will be prepared. After receiving the building permit, preparations will be made for renovation works.
The space between the apartment buildings is now used for residents' recreation, as well as a transit connection between Savanorių avenue, Gerosios Vilties and Eglių streets. Currently, the footpaths in the area are in poor condition, they are missing, because residents have carved their own paths in part of the greenery.
The territory also has sports facilities, a children's playground, and cars parking lots. Part of the greenery is for driving and parking, parking spaces are also located near mature trees, and include tree root protection zones.
Pedestrian paths are designed according to the existing main directions of people's movement. A scooter track is being designed around the main area of the square, combining a children's playground, a sports field, and an event area.
It is planned to install another atypical children's playground in the area, part of which will be intended for small children - up to 5 years of age, and the other part - for older children and teenagers. The theme of the site is the forest, naturalness, so the facilities and the fireplaces will be made of natural wood. The main highlight of the site is a wooden castle, intended for children from 6 years of age. The basis of the playground is sand-colored molded rubber.
The sports field will be divided into two parts - the exercise equipment, table tennis area and the basketball, mini-football area. The territory also provides an event site for community events and gatherings. It can also be used as a space for games and sports. Between the sports field and the event field, a modular bench-tribune is designed, which can be used to watch a basketball or football game, and if you look the other way, it will rise during the events.
Two parking lots - 71 and 35 spaces - are planned at the existing passage.
The public space will be equipped with lighting, benches, drinking fountains, and trash cans.
There are a lot of trees growing in the territory - 159. Most of them are common maples, cut birches, common pines, small-leaved lindens. Closer to the buildings, in the so-called owner's meter, fruit trees grow - apple, cherry, plum. Almost all of them are planned to be left, only a few in poor condition are proposed to be removed. It is planned to plant new trees, massifs of shrubs and perennial herbaceous plants in the area.
