The territories of the western part of Vilnius city - Viršuliškii, Fabijoniškii, Justiniškii, Pašilaičių and Šeškina - for three years for 7,2 million. The company "Mano aplinka" will clean and take care of the plants.
According to the portal cvpp.lt, the contract with "Mano aplinka" was signed on June 28. In addition, the company has won a tender for 14,5 million. euros to manage the central part of Vilnius as well.
The "Ecoservice" company group, "VSA Vilnius" together with the Dutch "Dolmans" and "Stebulė" also participated in the competition for the western part.
The contract with "Mano aplinka" was signed after the Lithuanian Court of Appeal on May 23 annulled the temporary protective measures applied in February and allowed the renewal of the tender. At the end of March, the Vilnius District Court resolved the dispute in principle - it dismissed the claim of the "City Service" division of the real estate maintenance company managed by the "Icor" concern in Latvia "Eku parvaldišanas serviss" lawsuit to terminate the tender.
According to the latter company, the conditions of the tender were too vague, incomplete and ambiguous, in addition, obstacles were created for foreign companies to participate in the tender.
The western part of Vilnius was the only one that did not have a permanent administrator until now. 4 lawsuits were brought to the courts regarding separate parts of the tender.
The northern part of the city for 17,2 million. euros will be handled by the companies "Stebulė" and "Beam", southern, part of western and eastern - for 17,5 million. euros - "Dolmans" and "VSA Vilnius" consortium.
