The representative of the police department, R. Matonis Eltai, confirmed that the officers arrested in 1984. the suspect who caused the fires was born. The suspect is in custody, he was found to be mildly drunk (0,63 percent), he was behaving very strangely.
R. Matonis could not comment on whether this person was previously known to the police.
