Ecoservice, the leading environmental management company in Lithuania, acquired 100 percent of shares of the company "Mano aplinka plus". With this decision, the company aims to continue its development in Lithuania and neighboring countries.
Ecoservice bought the shares of "Mano oplinka plus" from the company "City Service". The company is acquired with the funds of "Ecoservice" and "Eco Baltia" group, the amount of the transaction is not announced.
"In the field of waste management, we are one of the leaders in Lithuania, we set an ambitious goal to consistently grow not only in Lithuania, but also in Latvia, a little later - in Estonia. With this acquisition, we will expand our services in the sector of contaminated wastewater collection and management services", says Jurgita Nacevičienė, CEO of Ecoservice.
"Mano aplinka plus" provides oil traps, fuel tank cleaning, grease trap servicing, cleaning equipment servicing, video diagnostics of pipelines, sewage removal, pipeline flushing, emergency work services.
Last year's sales of "Mano aplinka plus" company amounted to 670 thousand. EUR, net profit 96 thousand. euros. Currently, the company has 12 employees.
According to J. Nacevičienė, high qualitative and quantitative requirements will be imposed on the company. With the acquisition, new investments in waste water management and processing technologies are also planned - in 2023 alone. investments in property renovation can reach more than 500 thousand. euros.
