Dubai is preparing for another spectacular celebration of architecture and luxury with the construction of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, which will reach a height of 350 meters. The project, which will be one of the most prominent steps of the Trump Organization in the Middle East region, is being developed in partnership with international real estate developer Dar Global.
80 floors of luxury for a billion dollars
It is announced that this 80-story skyscraper, which will house a five-star hotel, private residences and the exclusive "The Trump" club, should be completed by December 2031. The investment value is approximately one billion dollars.
Among the most eye-catching features is the world's highest outdoor swimming pool, which will be located at the top of the building. There will also be two luxurious penthouses with private pools, inspired by Donald Trump's apartments in New York.
The project is being implemented in collaboration with Dar Global, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange with a capitalization of approximately €650 million. JAV The new building is planned to offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, which is over 800 meters tall.
Japanese architects and global vision
The architectural vision is being developed by Nikken Sekkei, a prestigious Japanese design firm renowned for its ability to combine contemporary design with local traditions. The company has implemented its work in more than 40 countries around the world.
In addition to this ambitious project in Dubai, the Trump Organization is planning expansions elsewhere in the Middle East, including the expansion of the Trump International Golf Club in Doha, a move that signals the company's intention to actively establish itself in the region.
The Trump Organization, headquartered in the iconic Trump Tower in New York City, is the umbrella organization for Donald Trump's various business ventures. Although the 45th President of the United States stepped down from his official duties at the company before becoming president, his three children have taken over its management, continuing its global expansion plans.
Dubai continues to solidify its image as a city of futuristic luxury and architectural records – and Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai could become another prominent landmark in this ever-changing desert metropolis.
