On May 31, one of the most ambitious amusement park projects in Europe, Hossoland, will open its doors in northern Poland. Located between Szczecin and Koszalin, the theme park, located near the village of Kiełpino, aims to become an important attraction for the entire Baltic region. It is expected to attract visitors not only from Poland, but also from neighboring countries, including Lithuania.
Hossoland is structured into four themed zones, each reflecting a different world of legends and mythology, from Vikings to mermaids. Visitors will travel through the “Dragon Mine Valley”, “Viking Land”, “Kingdom of Baltambria” and “Mermaid City”, where each space will offer its own unique entertainment and atmosphere.
The central axis of the park is a symbolic lighthouse, around which the entire infrastructure is designed. According to the park's creators, this object should reflect the connection with the Baltic coast and the region's fairy tales, which became the basis of the Hossoland vision.
50 attractions, roller coasters up to 115 km/h. speed
According to park representatives, visitors will be able to choose from: 50 different attractions, also visit 11 restaurants, 6 cafes ir 13 storesOne of the biggest attractions is the roller coaster. Ghost Rider, whose speed reaches even 115 km/h These roller coasters are presented as one of the most extreme entertainment in the Baltic States.
The park is aimed at a wide audience - from young children to adults looking for adrenaline or just family fun. All areas are designed to be accessible to both active visitors and those looking for a more relaxed pastime.
Tickets – from 35 to 71 euros
Ticket prices will depend on the season. As announced on the official website, for the period May 31 - June 27 and September 1 - October 31:
- a one-day ticket will cost PLN 149 (approx. €35,50),
- two-day ticket – PLN 259 (approx. €62).
During the summer season – from June 28 to August 31 – prices are slightly higher:
- one-day ticket – PLN 169 (approx. €40),
- two days – PLN 299 (approx. €71).
For children up to 85 cm height admission is free. Parking – PLN 30 (approx. €7).
Regional competition: Energylandia, Suntago and now Hossoland
Poland has become a prominent player in the European entertainment market in recent years. Previously, projects such as Energylandia (one of the largest amusement parks in Europe) or Suntago (the largest water park on the continent) have attracted a large number of visitors. According to experts, Hossoland aims not only to supplement this infrastructure, but also to offer exclusive content based on local culture and legends.
Expecting Lithuanian tourists too
Travel experts in Lithuania note that this park could become one of the main travel routes for families during the summer. Distance from Vilnius – about 700 kilometers, so Hossoland can be reached by car in one day. This distance is already being considered when planning a weekend or short summer vacation outside Lithuania.
