"Ryto" club, which pays great attention to Vilnius basketball education, has signed a contract with the largest capital basketball school in Lithuania (SKM). Young talents will be nurtured and prepared for the main team of Vilnius.
Vilnius "Ryto" club has been cooperating with the capital's basketball school for several years, but this season they only wanted to strengthen this relationship even more.
"Education of the youth is very important to us, that's why we constantly cooperate with basketball schools and want to help develop the young talents of Vilnius - said Linas Kleiza, the club's sports director. "This is a big priority for Ryta, because in this school we hope to find and train future players of the main team."
The head of SKM, Justas Jankauskas, was happy with the prospects of his young talents and the strong relationship established with Vilnius "Ryta": "We are happy to have signed a cooperation agreement with Ryta club, because it is a big step forward for our organization. The signing of the contract means that our most talented trainees will have the opportunity to test their strength in the "Ryto" system and try to establish themselves first in the backups, and then in the main team. Our goal is to continue to work purposefully, cooperate with the club and jointly prepare players who will not only represent Vilnius and Ryto club, but also Lithuania".
