One of the most anticipated fights in the world: it becomes clear how much Eimantas Stanionis will earn

Tonight, world champion Eimantas Stanionis will return to the boxing ring, fighting not only for 3 championship belts, but also for the biggest earnings in the history of Lithuanian sports.

Early Sunday morning, around 6:00 a.m., the 30-year-old Lithuanian will face 27-year-old Jaron Ennis in the welterweight division.

Stanionis is the WBA world champion, while the American nicknamed "Boots" is the IBF champion. The boxers will try to take these titles from each other, and also wear the "The Ring" championship belt and become the winner of three organizations.

During his career, E. Stanionis fought 16 professional boxing fights, of which he won 15 (9 knockouts) and once the fight ended without a winner being determined.

J. Ennis has more solid numbers on his account - the boxer from Philadelphia has won 33 out of 34 fights in his career (29 knockouts, 1 winner was not determined).

According to Sportskeeda, the budget for their fight is $4,3 million. JAV dollars.

Of this amount, J. Ennis will receive $2,5 million, and E. Stanionis will receive $1,8 million.

Although the boxers will have to pay US taxes, this is still the largest earnings in Lithuanian boxing history.
