The MadeinVilnius.lt portal continues to announce the nominees of the exclusive Vilnius city awards "Vilnius best 2020". The awards are intended to uniquely mark the best places, projects, communities and people of the year.
Today we present the nominees of the "Best Project 2020" category.
Awards are divided into 6 categories: "Best Project 2020", "Best restaurant/cafe/bar 2020″, “Best Community 2020″, “Debut of the Year 2020″, “Best Place 2020″, “Vilnius of the Year 2020″.
"Best of Vilnius 2020" is being organized for the first time.

Together with CityNow, we present the fifth nomination "Best of Vilnius 2020". This year's outstanding and completed projects apply for this nomination.
Senator passage
In July, in the heart of the old town, a unique space dedicated to culinary experiences was opened - "Senators' Arcade". Much of this place is dedicated to food and gastronomic experiences.
The wish of the founders - to open the inner courtyard of the building to the public - came true, and the courtyard turned into an arcade that can be accessed both from Dominikonų Street and from Stiklių Street.

Tower Square
This year in Vilnius itself in the old town, Bokšto St. 6, the first residents of the modern baroque business and leisure complex "Tower Square" tenants. The complex, the design and construction of which took almost a decade, will be open to all Vilnius residents and guests of the city. This is an investment by the real estate development and management company "Baltisches Haus" in the territory of Vilnius Old Town, which has been abandoned for many years.
SEB Bank's head office
In the summer, SEB bankas in its new headquarters, Constitution Avenue, opened the largest customer consultation center.
The complex is designed so that part of it is open to the public. The main entrances to the building are connected by an amphitheater extending over two floors, forming a kind of new inner street of the city of Vilnius for pedestrians only. During the bank's working hours, residents of Vilnius and guests of the city can stop by the dining, meeting and communication spaces operating here.

Missionary gardens
Next to the Vilnelė River, in the valley of the Užupis hills, the "Missionieri Sodė" residential complex is being built. From its private, spacious courtyards you can see the unique and multi-layered panorama of the old town of Vilnius - Gediminas Castle, Three Crosses Hill, Užupis... And these are just a few of the many monuments of Vilnius architecture, which you can see from your home as if on the palm of your hand.

Paupys is a new district in the historic old town of Vilnius, winding along Vilnelė. The district is born as part of the "Architecture Park", a huge conversion project that transforms the old parts of the capital into harmonious areas for working and living. The quarter will fit into one of the greenest old towns in Europe.
Business Stadium North
This business center is the first office building certified according to the Lithuanian building sustainability assessment system.
The second business center, Business Stadium North, is currently completed in the northern part of the block. This 8-story business center is of A+ class and will offer 16 thousand. sq. meters of business spaces.
Uptown Park
Uptown Park business center was built this year at the intersection of Švitrigailos and Naugarduks streets. In a spacious building with an area of more than 20 sq.m., which has an A+ energy efficiency class, our country's unicorn has already settled "Vinted”At JAV capital IT company Bentley Systems.
Next to the business center, the Vilnius municipality has planned to establish a park, which determined the name of the project.
