Irish Low-Cost AirlinesRyanair"Passengers who misbehave and are removed from the plane will be fined 500 pounds (about 590 euros) from now on," the airline said.
"We hope this will deter unacceptable behavior on the plane," a company spokesman said.
He noted that only a "small" number of passengers misbehave. However, as Ryanair is "Europe's most punctual airline", passengers expect a comfortable and stress-free journey and punctual arrival.
Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary complained last summer about the growing problems caused by drunk passengers and called for restrictions on alcohol sales at airports.
