"Wizz Air" announces important changes to the WIZZ Discount Club. They are implemented as part of the "Customer First Compass" initiative, which aims to further focus on passenger needs.
From 2025 April 29, Wizz Air will introduce a revamped Discount Club membership offering additional benefits tailored to passenger feedback. This is another step towards greater value, personalisation and better service across the airline’s network.
In addition to flight price discounts, discount club members will now also be able to use:
- Priority in customer service queues;
- Exclusive offers on birthdays and membership anniversaries;
- Special discounts and promotions only for discount club members;
- Improved partner benefits.
These updates are a direct result of passenger insights and are closely aligned with the Customer First Compass initiative, which is based on four key pillars – Product, Price, Service and Communication. Wizz Air aims to continuously improve the travel experience by investing in services that truly matter to passengers.
Existing members of the discount club will be informed of the changes and will be able to choose to accept the new terms or withdraw from the program and receive a partial refund (proportionate to the remaining membership period). Refund requests will be processed through Wizz Air customer service centers, both by phone and via chat.
