Starting from Tuesday, the parking fee will be introduced in 11 new places: at several entrances to Naujamiestis, Užupis, Antakalnis, in the central part of the city next to Lukiškių Square, in parking lots around Olandų Ring.
According to the municipal company "Communication services" public relations and communication specialist Tomas Šiuškaus, changes are implemented after receiving complaints from residents and institutions.
The toll will be between 30 and 60 euro cents for one hour of parking in the new tolled areas.
