In the center of Vilnius city, on Tilto Street, drivers and pedestrians are facing changes. As informed by UAB „Beam", from May 5 to June 20, intensive repair work will be carried out on this street, which will temporarily change the traffic organization.
"From Vilniaus Street to the house at Tilto Street 14, traffic is being changed from one-way to two-way," announces Grinda.
These changes are being introduced to ensure the execution of repair work while maintaining at least a minimum flow of traffic.
The most important changes for drivers:
- Parking spaces are being temporarily removed in some areas of Tilto Street.
- Only service personnel, residents, and persons with a parking space in the lot of building 14 on Tilto Street will be allowed to enter Tilto Street.
The most important changes for pedestrians:
- Please be extremely careful during the work - not only will traffic conditions for cars but also for pedestrians change.
- Renovation works will continue until Radvilų Street.
"Thank you for your patience and understanding!" says "Grinda", which is organizing the work.
Road users are urged to carefully follow road signs and temporary instructions, and if possible, to choose alternative routes.
Vilnius Municipality reminds that these works are necessary to improve the city's infrastructure and ensure safer movement for both drivers and pedestrians.
