Users of the m.Ticket and m.Parking apps will notice a new innovation from now on - SĮ "Communication services” strengthens their security, so you will be asked to enter a PIN code when connecting. In addition, after the changes made, the payment card payment service returns in the m.Ticket app, when public transport passengers will be able to purchase tickets in just a few clicks. This service also works again in the Trafi app.
All m.Ticket and m.Parking users are reminded to update these free apps in the App Store or Google Play stores. Users will also receive update reminders when connecting to apps. When opening them for the first time after the update, you will be asked to enter a temporary PIN code received via SMS, and after doing so, create your own permanent PIN code and use it every time you connect.
"In mobile apps, we present a new means of even more secure connection. First of all, customers should renew m.Ticket and m.Parking, and from now on, when opening them on a smartphone, they will need to confirm their login by entering a PIN code. This is a fairly common, time-saving protection for users that we will apply. In addition, we have good knowledge for all public transport passengers. You can quickly and conveniently buy tickets again with a payment card in the apps, and in the near future we will introduce such a service in m.Parking as well. We want the apps to meet the needs of both public transport and drivers, and to make them as easy to use as possible, so we are constantly looking for new, flexible functions," says Vaidotas Meškauskas, deputy director of Susisiekimos paslaugos SĮ.
